Cancelation policy:

More than 90 days before embarkation: 30% of total amount
Between 89 days and 60 days before embarkation: 50% of total amount
59 days or less before embarkation: 100% of total amount

Payment terms and conditions.

When confirming a reservation with us, we require the deposit payment made along with the signed contract, completed Nautical CV and copies of the Sailing qualifications and VHF certificate to be returned to us for approval before we can officially confirm the reservation within seven days of our email reply to you.

We can cancel the reservation if the payment or documentation isn’t received at this time, so please make sure to follow these up with your client expediently. The final payment is due 6 weeks before the charter starts; we will send a reminder notification when the payment is overdue. If we do not hear back from you or receive the final amount, we will send you a second notice, and will cancel the charter and retain the deposit amount if we still have not received the final payment after 2-3 days of this second reminder.

Skipper qualifications

The skipper of the yacht must have skipper experience on +/- similar size yacht for minimum 4 weeks cruising and a skipper license equivalent to RYA Coastal Skipper or higher

Published rates can be changed without prior notice.

We strongly recommend obtaining cancellation insurance!
