Rates include:

• Transportation from/to the hotel, villa or airport
• Full use of powerboat
• Full day: lunch, fruit, soft drinks, local beer
• Half day: fruit, soft drinks, local beer
• Professional crew of 2
• National Park fees
• Fuel for 4 engine hours
• Safety equipment
• Insurance
• 7% VAT

Rates exclude:

• Surcharge above 4 guests: 1,200 THB/person
• Fuel extra charge over the allowed hours 5,000 THB/hour

Cruising itineraries:

The company has standard cruising itineraries that are made available to the charterer prior to the charter date. Any
changes to the standard itineraries will be agreed prior to charter departure. In the event of bad weather, the
itineraries may need to be changed.

Payment Terms:

• 50% of the agreed charter fee to confirm the booking.
  
• Remaining 50% of the agreed charter fee must be paid not later than 14 days before departure.

Cancellation Fees:

• 50% of the agreed charter fee or equal the down payment is charged for cancelling the trip more than 14
  days before departure.
• 100% of the agreed charter fee is charged for cancelling the trip less than 14 days before departure.

Amenities:

• Bathroom.
• Sound system via Bluetooth.
• Bimini at bow and aft for sun protection.
• Deck shower.

• Stand-up paddleboard.
• Snorkeling equipment.
